Creativity and attention to detail are the most prominent features of this advertising agency. They have a professional team that understands client needs very well, and the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations.

Because my printing shop was closed, I was forced to go to a copy shop nearby, and they charged me 500 TL for a tiny foil cut! When I asked why it was so expensive, when I've never had a cut done for more than 100 TL at any other copy shop, and what they were basing it on, they gave me a ridiculous explanation, saying it was the machine's initial setup fee! Not to mention the hour they kept me and my son waiting, and their dismissive attitude because it was a small job, their work had nothing to do with work ethic or good business practices. Furthermore, the woman at the reception desk acted like she was the CEO, which was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There was a much better place right upstairs; I chose them because it was conveniently located, and I deeply regret it!

I left the bookbinding job two days in advance, but they waited until I went to the shop to do it. I also don't understand how they determine their prices. They charged 100 lira for the bookbinding job on July 21st, and then charged 200 lira on August 14th. Did the price increase by 100% in just three weeks?
