Sentos - E-Ticaret Yönetim Sistemi

I used Sentos software for a year. A year has passed since I stopped using it, and I've decided to leave a review. Firstly, after I ended my agreement with Sentos, users on the marketplaces are somehow unable to see invoices. This is because Sentos uploaded the invoices to its own system, and they are not visible on Trendyol and n11. When customers try to find the invoices, they encounter the message "Sentos...unavailable." Another problem I experienced was that they incorrectly calculated all VAT on n11. Despite n11 emailing the platforms about changing their invoice issuance process, they didn't take the necessary actions, causing me to incur thousands of liras in extra invoices. Another issue I faced was that they re-listed returned products, whereas they should have only relisted canceled products. Re-listing returned products with opened boxes and damage put us in a difficult situation. They haven't found a solution for any of these three problems. They've done nothing but say they're forwarding it to the software team. Almost a year has passed since I left, and we still have to manually process customer invoice requests because Sentos has shut them all down. We thought Santos was uploading the bills to all platforms, but apparently that was a lie.

I have been using Sentos' marketplace integration service for a long time. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. I have recommended it to many people around me with complete confidence, and they continue to use it happily and without any problems. Everyone, from the sales department to the support teams, is truly very helpful and solution-oriented. I would especially like to thank Ms. Suheda for her attention, quick responses, and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional integration service.

Having worked with multiple integration systems, I can say that Sentos was a company I hadn't heard of before until I came across them while researching. Because of this, we were a little hesitant before purchasing their services, but after using them for a while, I started recommending them to everyone. Their marketplace integration works flawlessly, their customer service is quick to help both through the support panel and by phone, and the panel is quite user-friendly. I recommend them to anyone considering using their services.

I'm leaving this review as a user; they created a terrible situation and have no real solutions. One of their employees changed the prices of 430 products on the platform, claiming it was a misunderstanding, and then they couldn't offer a solution. Their proposed solution was something they requested from another platform, which is also a promise they made, but that didn't happen either. Sentos, a huge software company, has no data analysis skills; they can only enter the button and keep playing. If they reverted to the old prices without my request, they should revert to the correct prices. But they won't. Unfortunately, the support team employees lack sufficient knowledge and skills, and they don't even bother to communicate or engage with us. Instead of helping us solve the problem while we suffer losses, they just avoid the issue and pass it on to someone else.

For the past two years, Diyarından has been actively working with Sentos Marketplace Integration. During this time, we've had experience with many different integration companies, but Sentos is by far one of the systems we've been most satisfied with. In particular, its simple, clear, and user-friendly interface has significantly sped up our business processes. We can manage all operations, such as product uploading, price updates, inventory management, and order tracking, very quickly and without errors. Furthermore, the system's stable operation and low error rate provide a great advantage for companies like ours that work intensively in e-commerce. The technical support team is also helpful and solution-oriented, providing quick feedback on any problems we encounter. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend Sentos to companies that want to manage their marketplace operations professionally.
