We wanted to take family photos with our 1.5-year-old daughter as a keepsake, and we paid 2800 TL for 2 passport-style photos (3 photos in total). As soon as you enter, they seat you on a bench and quickly take pictures. There was no guidance or attention whatsoever. We managed to choose 3-5 photos to take as souvenirs. The photoshopped ones were awful, with just any random image in the background. I chose the most reasonable one and left. It would have been helpful to check reviews before coming... Price/Service/Quality balance 👎

First, find out what biometric photos are required and what size the embassies need, then post that you take biometric photos. I just read that there are many complaints about this. Don't make people go through the hassle two or three times.

Not only did they resize my photo incorrectly, they also charged me for another photo because they had to resize it and email it to me. I definitely do not recommend it!

I went to get four biometric photos taken in 2025, and if I remember correctly, I paid something like 400 lira. Today, when I went to get photos taken for a US visa (4 photos) and a Schengen visa (4 photos), I paid 1000 lira for a total of 12 photos. And they said they charged me for 8 photos for the Schengen visa instead of the 4 photos they charged me for. Honestly, I found it expensive, and I didn't like their tone of voice.

The atmosphere is nice, the staff are helpful, but the photo quality for that one passport photo is truly terrible. I could have achieved that quality print myself using any photo paper on my home color printer. The photo taken was very high quality and bright, but the print was the complete opposite: poor quality and dark. They don't even have a professional photo printer. We just bought it to get the job done. 12 passport photos cost 50 TL. The price is reasonable for Bağlıca standards, but it's very high for that quality. It's a print that would be worth maybe 10 TL. I hope the business owner improves this situation, otherwise, good work outside of digital photography won't be possible with that print quality. I hope this is constructive criticism. The person who took the photos was genuinely friendly and understanding.
